To avoid any misunderstandings: Here I explain what my services include and where the limits lie.
My offerings include the conception, design, and technical implementation of digital portfolio websites as well as the development of a consistent visual identity. This typically includes a custom layout, integration of up to five project pages, a responsive design, and basic search engine optimization. The exact scope is documented in a written offer before the project begins.
Not included in the standard scope are the creation of text content (copywriting), professional photography or illustration of image material, the setup of e-commerce functions, as well as ongoing maintenance and hosting of the website. These services can be added upon request and for an additional fee.
After the first draft is presented, two rounds of corrections are available. Change requests are bundled and submitted in writing via email. Each additional revision is billed based on effort. Fundamental changes in direction that affect the already approved concept are considered a new project and will be quoted accordingly.
After full payment, the client receives unrestricted usage rights to the delivered design drafts and source code. I reserve the right to display the project in my portfolio for reference purposes, unless a different contractual agreement has been made. The copyrights to the fonts and third-party tools I use remain unaffected.
Deadlines are set jointly and are binding. If delivery is delayed on the client side (e.g., missing content or late feedback), the completion date shifts accordingly. I will inform you early about potential bottlenecks. In the event of non-compliance with payment deadlines, I reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.
